TROUBLESHOOT VIDEO/AUDIO TIPS
Make Sure your browser is up to date:
- Internet Explorer (www.microsoft.com)
- Mozilla Firefox (www.mozilla.com)
- Google Chrome (www.google.com/chrome)
Make sure Adobe Flash Player is up to date
Get the newest version here.
Check your internet connection speed. You can see the speed that your are connected at by doing a speed test at speakeasy.net. You need at least 1.5 Mbs, it will work best at 3 Mbs. If your connection seems slower then normal try unplugging your modem and plugging it back in. They will usually connect at a higher speed.
If you have tried all those steps and are still experiencing problems then you may want to restart your computer.
I Have Video But No Audio
- Make sure all volume controls are unmuted.
- For PC users click the speaker icon in the taskbar.
- Check that it is not muted.
- On the streaming page there is a volume button on the video player.
- Check that it is not muted.
